According M.Chiheb Slama, executive member of the UTICA, responsible for North America and Asia an agreement for the establishment of a Tunisian- Canadian Business Council will be held on the occasion of the visit of Tunisian economic mission scheduled for early April 2014 in Canada
Referring to the Tunisian- Canadian trade during the year of Canada to Tunisia he said that " exports textile / clothing to Canada have increased by 62 % due to the tendency of professionals to make products increasingly sophisticated , responding to the needs of a demanding clientele than Canada "
Mr. Slama is also back on the intake of food (couscous, canned tomatoes ...) and especially the flagship product, in this case the packaged olive oil , very popular in Canada , and called conditioners exporters in entering the north American market to better sell their products.
